Refunds and returns
Is something wrong? We'll do our best to help you!
If your item is faulty or damaged, please send us all the details (and a photo) within 7 days of receiving it. You can reach us at returns@thecroqi.com. We'll let you know about the next steps.
If your item is in good condition but you've just changed your mind, we are still happy to accept a return! We can either provide store credit, or a refund to your original payment method - you will just need to pay the return postage cost. To qualify for this, please ensure the item is in good unused condition. To initiate a change of mind return, please email us at returns@thecroqi.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and include your order number and preferred mode of refund. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your item does not meet our returns criteria. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for the item until it has reached us, and we do not process refunds until the item has been delivered to us and inspected by our team.
SALE ITEMS
Returns are not possible on sale items.
Items bought with a promotional discount (eg 10% off) are still eligible for returns.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at returns@thecroqi.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We are only able to offer a store credit or refund if we have not yet shipped the item. Shipped orders are not able to be cancelled.
